Winter in the Woods Kids' Camp Feb. 19–21 Merck Forest & Farmland Center, Rupert Second- through fifth-graders will explore the woods in the wintertime. The Vermont Center for independent Living and Green Mountain Self-Advocates will host two screenings of 'Intelligent Lives,' a documentary by award-winning filmmaker Dan Habib. Each showing will be followed by an interactive discussion facilitated by people with disabilities. Both are free and open to the public. To learn more, call 802-447-7119

The group will be discussing winter cooking projects, efforts in perfecting a particular recipe or series of recipes, and cooking with herbs and spices. Free and open to the public, drop-ins are welcome!
