An all-day, indoor-outdoor, family-oriented day to celebrate Wardsboro’s Delicious Roots! An entire festival dedicated to Vermont’s state vegetable, the Gilfeather turnip. Find craft and farmers market booths in tents along Main Street. Stop by the Turnip Shoppe featuring turnip gifts and appare and the Turnip Café, serving turnip recipes from the 3rd edition Gilfeather Turnip Cookbook.
