Hike the Deer Leap Loop with the Manchester Section of the Green Mountain Club on Monday, August 12. The group will meet at Clark’s IGA in Londonderry at 9am to carpool to the trail head. Alternatively, you can meet them at the Inn at Long Trail on Route 4 at 10am. Hike to the Deer Leap overlook and then to the summit of Deer Leap Mountain and back to the starting point for a total of 3.5 miles with approximately 900 feet of elevation gain. Bring lunch, snacks, fluids, extra layers and raincoat just in case.
