Revisiting the Conversation

While I was away celebrating my 20th wedding anniversary, our sister publication, Stratton Magazine, was a proud co-sponsor of the Southwestern Vermont Chamber of Commerce Civic Discourse & Community Symposium held at Stratton Mountain Club on June 24. The esteemed panel included Judy Patrick (WAMC’s the Roundtable, VP for Editorial Development at the NY Press Association), Mike Albans (Bennington Banner), Casey Seiler (Editor in Chief & VP, Times-Union), Dr. Kerri Nicoll (Professor of Sociology, Anthropology, & Social Work, MCLA), and Joe Sexton (SevenDays, formerly of the New York Times).

This is a conversation that I hope will continue amongst journalists, publications, and communities. I look forward to further sharing and listening.
