What do a pair of Bean boots, a tuxedo, and a deerstalker hat have in common? Join us as we investigate archival treasures that illuminate the hunting and fishing pictures of Ogden Pleissner (1905-1983), an American 20th-century painter who spent many years in southern Vermont. Together we will hike the dusty landscapes of Dubois, Wyoming, float through old-growth forests on the Restigouche River in New Brunswick, Canada, explore the piney lowlands of the exclusive Okeetee Club in Ridgeland, South Carolina, and more.
