There’s an art to cooking mushrooms and Chef Ian is an expert. The evening’s menu will include Wild Mushroom Duxelles on Bruschetta; Sun-dried Tomatoes, Spinach and Goat Cheese Stuffed Portabello Mushrooms; Seared Beef Tenderloin with Bordelaise Mushroom Sauce; Maitaki Blue Mac and Cheese; Steamed Asparagus with Porcini Mushrooms Beurre Blanc; and Warm Chaga and Reishi Mushroom Chai Tea. A seated dinner with wine will follow the instruction. Space is limited; Pre-registration is required.
