Classical Yoga Workshop

Heart of the Village Yoga and Sannyasin Anandaroopa will host Sannyasin Mahesh and a free workshop on classical yoga, Saturday and Sunday, September 28 and 29, suitable for anyone, regardless of age, physical ability or past experience. Mahesh will provide a comprehensive introduction to all aspects of yoga over three sessions.
Learn about different yoga practices and how they can be integrated into one’s daily routine. Come to one or all three sessions. Entry is free, with donations welcomed. Space is limited; register at heartofvillageyoga.com
