Beer Pairing Dinner with Zero Gravity Brewing

Join us for a culinary experience that will have your taste buds jumping for joy! We know that you love beer. So do we. Great beer is even better with great food. It is a common misconception that wine is the only beverage that food can be effectively paired with. On the contrary, beer actually has far more complex flavors and nuances that can be accentuated when accompanied by the proper food. That’s why our Executive Chef and his team have hand-picked a few of their favorite boutique craft breweries to bring you the Beer Pairing Dinner Series at 1900′ Burger.
This event will feature five gourmet courses paired with beers from Zero Gravity Brewing. The evening will be conducted by a representative from the Zero Gravity and our Executive Chef. As your hosts, they will introduce each course and describe what you will be eating and drinking, and why they chose to pair them together.
There are a limited number of seats available for each event so advance reservations are required. We don’t want you to miss out on your chance to enjoy this awesome experience.
